Swim after the storm

I went for a swim this morning in the pool of the Sorrentinian hotel where I am currently staying with my family in Italy.  It was freezing cold but I braved it.  I have been teaching myself a spot of front crawl because I have never liked doing it with my face in the water.  But this morning I actually felt like I was getting somewhere.
