Since reaching my target weight a month ago I've been slacking a bit. Still, it was rather disconcerting to get on the scales and find I've gained 700 g in a week. Oops. 

So what better solution than to go out to the Dos Rios for lunch? We did make it more virtuous by walking there and back (20 minutes each way), and I had a speed-food starter of grilled vegetables with romesco sauce. So simple and delicious. The large glass of wine and panna cotta only added a few calories, I'm sure. I'd better get serious the rest of the week.
