Fungus

Spotted this fungus in the woods this morning whilst dog walking in the rain again.  Went into Carlisle city centre this afternoon, that's twice in a month, its getting to be a habit. 

Viewranger the online map people have a special offer on for a few days.  All Great Britain's national parks maps for £10 which is a very good price but its the 1:50 scale and I usually get the 1:25 scale.  So am undecided whether to go for it or not because of the scale.  Is 1:50 going to be sufficient does anybody know??
