If you can't beat them...

Autumn Leaves

A quiet rainy day so it was spent round home.  At one dry point I had a wander round the garden looking for something to blip.  Our Whitebeam (Sorbus aria) starts to lose its leaves early and by now has nearly finished, leaving a thick carpet.

I spotted this single leaf from the Acer palmatum atropurpureum (I don't know a common English name) that had fallen on the other leaves.  When I got the shot into the PC I decided I would have a go at "colour popping".  I don't think I have blipped anything like that before.

So here it is colour popped not perfect but not bad (well IMO).
