Kaiserstraße/Pariser Straße

Took the car to the garage in the morning for an inspection and the winter tyres and while waiting for the bus to take me to work I blipped a small part of this old street where it changes it's name from Kaiserstraße to Pariser Straße:

This part of the street was built between 1806 and 1811 and connected Kaiserslautern and Mainz.  It completed the street from Paris via Saarbrücken to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte's headquarter in Mainz and is since called "Kaiserstraße" or "Pariser Straße" (Kaiser = emperor).
