Mixed feelings

Made the first batch of soup of the season today. This is a good thing in the sense that I like both making and consuming soup. It's also a bad thing as it marks final acceptance that the cold, dark days when soup is needed are upon us. Damn but I'm a cheerful soul sometimes!

For those who care about such things this was my first attempt at sweet potato and coconut and I have to say it turned out rather well.
