WHAT a load of .....?

I just CANNOT resist Balls. I think I'm a Ballaholic.
We needed a trip to Carlisle, on a number of fronts.
As usual I shoot whatever catches my eye.
I'd have liked to do an intown Autumn colour shot ... 'Twas a goodun.
There was also one of the ubiquitous "HOWEVERs"
To get the right background (Mostly Sky) the tree was a wee bit dark. To get the right, bright, autumnal, colouration I had a brick wall backing with Rockall contrast to the Tree.
