Moving Into The Unknown

Single Origin

Tonight I roasted a batch of shade grown, single origin, green coffee beans from a farm at an altitude of 1200 meters in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. The beans are the red and yellow Caturra variety and the farmer used a traditional wet processing method.

In Nicaragua they say  everyone is considered a poet until proven otherwise.  I'm hoping these beans produce pure poetry in my cup tomorrow morning!
