Copenhagen: Sankt Albans Kirke

A muggy day: we took a yellow harbour bus out to see the little mermaid, the harbour bus (a speedy boat) being my request, and the mermaid being Freya's.

We wandered through the kastellet (fortress) with Freya getting limper as the day got hotter.

After a lot of mumping and traveling (or so it seemed) we ended up, as planned, at the zoo. Moods lifted immeasurably. I'm in two minds about zoos, but I do like Copenhagen's - it's well set out, and (most) of the animals seemed contented. Freya loves it.
