Guide Dog And Elephants

The group between the elephants are being led by Lotte, one of the 20+ guides that were my colleagues until yesterday. She is probably telling them that the elephants represent the four of Carl's children that made it through childhood (four didn't) and how they represent the sturdy, strong foundations of the company. They used to support a water tower which was the life blood of the brewery, supplying the 3 litres of water required to make each litre of beer.
