Very long lie, brunch, into town to pick up a present, bus, sunset, home, pumpkin carving (first attempt), dinner, film.

We slightly overdid it last night so today was quieter than planned.

Just finished watching What We Did in the Shadows, a mockumentary about vampire flat mates living in New Zealand. It was written and directed by Jermaine Clement (Flight of the Concord/Man vs Shark) and Taika Waititi (who wrote and directed the wonderful film Boy).

A really good film. Very funny. My favourite line..."We are werewolves, not swear-wolves"!
