HOME BAKED WHITE BREAD

Could not think what to photograph when my eyes went to my bread which was cooling off.
It was cooked on the Braai (Barbeque) using 24 coals (bricketts).  The dough was placed in a cast iron loaf pan and the hot coals were placed around the pan and 6 coals on the lid.  35 minutes later lovely bread to go with our supper also cooked on the Braai but this time the gas one. This I also cook when camping - tastes even better in the open air ( or maybe its an illusion)
