A Peep Thru the Pinhole

Misty morning in Wyre Forest

Wyre Forest is an ancient and extensive woodland across a large part of the Worcestershire/Shropshire border in the United kingdom, stretching between Callow Hill, near Bewdley (Worcestershire) and Button Oak (Shropshire). I am fortunate in having the Callow Hill access point (one of many) about a 7-minute drive away from home. This particular access point, and only this one, has the Wyre Forest Visitor Centre and ample parking space just inside - an ideal place to go to for a bit of R&R (Scones, jam & cream - and whatever you're having yourself!) after a long and exhilarating walk.  The café, and two other forest scenes are added as extras.
(Today started quite foggy hereabouts, and it was that which prompted me to visit the forest this morning with my camera.)
