Corfe Castle - just after the mists lifted

An ideal day for a walk.  I was on the side of Corfe Castle's West Hill when the sun burned away the mists around the Castle and it was bathed in strong but slightly milky sunshine.

This photo includes a moderate sized field in the right foreground.  In this field there used to be the Castle's fishpond (indicated by the dip in the ground at its left rear) and it is likely that the field also comprised part of the Castle vineyard.
