Robbie and Anne

Today's the day ............................... that the cousins came to stay

We've had such a nice day today with my cousins Robbie and Anne who are over in the UK on holiday. When I say cousins - we are all three cousins - offspring from three of the four sisters that made up my mother's family.

Robbie's home is in South Africa although his work takes him all over the world. Anne has spent most of her adult life in South Africa although recently she has been living with her daughter and family in the States. This is the pair of them on the top of Scout Scar where we took them for a walk so they could see across to the Lake District fells.

They are such easy company and we didn't have nearly enough time with them. Come back and see us again soon guys - for longer next time ..............................
