Another busy day, Was in bed at 8 last night but woke up early. Another intense day, but had time for a run lunchtime, great to get out of the office. The weekend seemed to go well,so last one for the moment. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary but obviously not really able to celebrate, Hopefully will have more chance next weekend.

My friend David had a bit of a nightmare race in NY yesterday, Not sure what happened but he didn't look great in the photos. He hasn't replied to our messages, so must be feeling pretty down. The marathon can be very cruel, even when you are well trained as he was,  but I'm sure he will come back stronger next time,
