Tedwardo the seventh

A particularly misty morning, after one of my final visits to my old medical centre I thought it wise to stop off here. Text the results and catch a blip.
This plinth was graffitied with a brand new T and before the ED, the missing W replaced in ink followed by ARD, to then have an affectionately added O, making Tedwardo the man of the park.
