Wrong turn

An early start to get some marking done ready for a Y11 lesson today and before the first parent meeting at 8:30am. The rest of the day followed in swift order but didn't finish as fast as it should in order for me to be able to leave the right side of what turned into a mammoth journey home. There's always a decision to be made as to which route to take home and tonight, turning right was the wrong decision. It took me an hour longer than usual to get home with a closed road and a very long route round. At least I wasn't in the accident and I did get home eventually. I also brought home more lovely flowers - an unnecessary but very welcome thank you.
