No sign of Tom Hanks nor "The Da Vinci Code"

Despite living less than 60 miles away, we had never been to Lincoln.


What a great place and a gorgeous Cathedral.  Apparently id was used during the filming of "The Da Vinci Code"  standing in for Westminster Abbey.

Also took a look at one of the 4 copies of the Magna Carta, which is on display in the Castle.

All in all - a good day out.
