Highlands in the mist

Went for a lovely walk in the woods with IsleMum. A misty day but it did nt spoil our time out. It was very mild , no coats just gilets needed. We watched coal tits and gold crests in the trees. I spotted a woodpecker. We could hear the geese in Munlochy bay but too foggy to see them.
The leaves are at their best just now. Plenty of copper, orange and yellow leaves falling to the ground.
We chatted away which was probably why we did nt see any squirrels !
We walked up the road to see the Highland cows having to move out of the way as tractors drove past , one loaded with Christmas trees all wrapped ready for the shops. Some people have their tree and decorations up already, way to early !
