Ranger Stephanie at Port Chicago

Port Chicago was the scene of a very large explosion on July 17, 1944 that killed 300+ military members, mostly black. It's on the property of [Army] Military Ocean Terminal Concord and you can't get there without a tour...which is what I did today.
