Once upon a time

when i was 3 or 4 years of age i walked all the way from home to this school yard only because my mother had promised me she would buy me a t-shirt! It was summer at midday and my mum came out of the central door to have some fresh air. As she walking across the big corridor she saw a child wearing something red outside that seemed to be a familiar face... She exited the building and saw me clearly.
-My God! Rena is that you? What are you doing here? How did you manage to come all that way? Do your grandparents know that you 've gone? Oh, they must have gone crazy!
-But, i said, you had promised me you were to buy me that t-shirt, so i was waiting and you weren't shown up....
