Blowing In The Wind

I don't know what this is, but just like looking at it blowing around.  Excitement at the ball field,  police everywhere, flashing lights, looking for an armed man who likes children.  Football practice cancelled and calls out to pick up all children.  Don't know yet if they caught him.
