...trying to find a route through the menus.

It happens to all mobile phone users I suspect. I have used  mobile phones for over 20 years and still dread changing to a new model, because the supposed intuitive menus are often not intuitive to me. So I had considerable sympathy with these women struggling to find what they needed.
