New View

We have lived in Kelsall for just over 20 years. As it is on top of a hill you get extensive views all around.

There is a house a few doors down from us that has just been sold and the new owners started off by taking down a leylandaii hedge. I had never really paid them much notice before as they had always been part of the scenery but amazingly they have now opened up a fantastic view for us from the patio.

It has been foggy for the last few mornings so it was only today that I could properly appreciate the new view. In the distance is the sandstone ridge and the promontory sticking out on the right hand side is Rawhead, the view goes back towards Burwardsley and Peckforton.
