Keep on going

As all remnants of summer are being removed, I was reminded by a fellow blipper of the lasting properties of roses.  They just seem to go on and on even though they are a little ragged at the edges.

The rose is called 'Golden Showers' though it has not lived up to its name this summer.  More a golden drizzle.
