Yoga Marathon

I survived Yoga marathon and I feel joy and accomplishment. We had 5 yoga lessons - power yoga, backbend yoga, organ detox asanas, soft yoga, and vinyasa yoga. All the yoga trainers helped us to focus on our breath, organs, meridians, and breath.

I am glad I managed to attend all 5 lessons actively. I'm curious how my body will feel tomorrow :-)
