Pelican

This morning I did the Beach Bash event at Maroochydore. It's a 4 kilometer beach obstacle course!! There was a foam tunnel, an ice bath, sand dune hills, balance beans, wooden fences to climb, nets to crawl under, inflatable cylinders to jump over and more! It was fun! Spence did the kids 1km course as well!

We met up with Fleur and her family in the afternoon and went ten pin bowling then out to dinner. It was lovely!
