Backblip

We had a very relaxed start to the day after the weekend's excitement but then the kids got a bit easy so we decided to go to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park to see the Poppies.  I was pleasantly surprised by them - I have a Tower poppy but didn't make it to London last year.  Very cleverly done and I was intrigued by the stems below.  I should think it would look more impressive in winter (white snow and black trees?) as Autumn is putting on a spectacular show itself and somewhat overpowered the impact of the red poppies...

Things got a little fraught as we wandered around other installations (?) and Grandma had to tell grandchildren off! It might have more impact than one of my tellings offs...
