Happy Birthday Dad

Today was my Dad's birthday. I believe it was Teagan The Dog that tweeted this cartoon & I knew I had to have it as my Dad's name is Howard :)

I got Zazzle to make a card from it and it did raise a smile when he opened it this morning. Glad I put effort into the card as I've not been able to get him a gift. He currently has an IOU.

More baby steps today though, managed a little more reading & 20 minutes in the office before the dizzy spell and hot flush.

&, ta-dah! a 10 minute walk with Stella in the evening sunshine! Can't tell you how happy that made me! Utterly knackered tonight but so worth it :)
