Just a 'Drop

Not an out-of-season flower.  Galanthus reginae olgae is an Autumn flowering snowdrop found in Greece.  In fact it is in flower there right now as friends have posted pictures of it on FB!  My solitary flower came from seed collected by a German friend and sown in 2008.

A Sunday spent as Sundays should be, with the family.  Did we do much?  Well, no but Jacinta made delicious pumpkin soup for lunch and we collected broccoli, cauliflower and carrots from the allotment.  These were enjoyed over a high spirited family meal tonight.  In my absence yesterday the girls have been introduced to the Talking Spoon.  ....Answers on a postcard please :-)
