Dutch concert

An unexpectedly Dutch evening tonight. In the spur of the moment, we decided to attend the NYC concert of Dutch singer Dotan. Naively we were thinking we would see him perform in a half-empty room in front of an audience that was just discovering him and his music. Not even close! The room was packed (sold out!) with Dutch people, singing along with each song. Also, I had a throw-back in time not being able to see much with all those tall people surrounding me...Anyway, it was nice anyway and particularly to hear him perform the song 'home', which was the reason why one of my best friends gave me Dotan's record - so I would not forget home :)
