Invigorating

This morning's walk on the beach was a challenge.  The wind was so strong that I decided to walk in the opposite direction so that it was behind rather than in front of me.   Even so it was challenging and I cheated on the way home by going inland where it was a bit quieter.   The blip of the waves crashing on the beach doesn't really reflect the strength of the wind.   The little shapes on the horizon are a queue of container ships heading for Southampton via the other side of the Isle of Wight.
