Why??? Fi??

Since we have switched to Vodafone for our home broadband and it is awful!! The numbers on the speed test look ok but the experience is so painful. I want us to go back to plus net but I am not sure how we get out of this contract!

Grrrr!!! Makes me quite frustrated!
