That's the beauty

Not an easy day. I forwarded my two versions, together with the professional design V2 received this morning, to my colleagues but none won a good vote. So finally I had to revert to the V2 with more points for improvement - hoping V3 will look significantly outstanding. 

I find it challenging to reach an agreement in this artistic (or professional) appreciation - may be attributing to different cultural perspectives?
