POO'S PERIODICAL

There's a flock of around 30 juvenile Bartailed Godwits that have wintered over here at the Christchurch Estuary. They are gangly teenagers and will next year make the 12000 mile flight to the Tundra with their parents - prefering tis year to gain strength and maturity for the non-stop flights ahead.
