Lovely to sit down.....

Another lovely sunny day.

Back Blip!   Our Annual Mixed Pairs Competition was held today with six pairs competing a round robin comp.   When we got there we found that the Shield, which had been donated by two of our Members, had gone missing!   No sign of it anywhere, so that has been duly reported and a promise given that the keys to our room will not be left in the key cabinet in future!   We had no problems in our other room and this, hopefully, will be an isolated incident.

We overran the bowling by 40 minutes so we were all ready for a sit down and some light refreshments.

Our winners were Bill and Sharon, Al and I came in third.   Bottles of wine and chocolates distributed as prizes and we enjoyed a couple of drinks and tapas in a bar in the Commercial Centre.
