Busy Brownies

Tonights session at Brownies was going to be a quiet one but I changed my mind as I really felt we needed to make a wreath for Remembrance like we did last year. So we decorated cakes with red icing so they looked like poppies, wrote some invitations to the parents to invite them to a Promise Party, addressed envelopes ( all had learnt their address including their Postcode ) , stuck on stamps, coloured a Remembrance day picture, made a wreath and then laid the wreath at the memorial near the Cathedral, held a minutes silence ( I think 2 minutes may have been a struggle ) We posted the invites in the letterbox and then it was hometime and another week completed !
