Our big decision

Today we signed documents to purchase this new home.

It is in Prebbleton - a lovely, quiet wee town just on the southern boundary of Christchurch.

It is a nice, simple 4 bedroomed, very "homely" house, on 2000m2 of land in a lovely garden setting. Quite a change from our very big, multi-level house on the hill.

We have finally been "worn down" and have decided to take the insurance payout on our home of 11 years and to sell it "as is" for someone else to repair.

But we are now quite contented with that decision.
