In a jam

London traffic is pretty dire at the best of times, but today it was a nightmare. I drove to a meeting in SW1, and it took almost two and three quarters hours for the 15-miles trip! There were so many road closures for the visit of the Indian prime minister's visit that central London was pretty much a no-go area. Ok, hint taken, next time it's the train.
