Hang ups

I give you the Turner Prize at the Tramway in Glasgow.  This is one of four exhibits short listed for the prize. The women are merely visiting.

These sculptures and wall ceramics are by Nicole Wermers and they "...transform a fleeting social phenomenon into a fixed sculptural form." The fur coats are sewn around an adapted version of Marcel Breuer's 'designn classic': the Cesca chair.

The  other photo in the extra is Assemble – a collective based in London who worked alongside the Granby Four Streets Community Land Trust to refurbish ten 'tinned up' houses which will provide affordable housing for local residents.
