Dog shit luck

In China, if one becomes unbelievably lucky, he/she is said to be the person with 'dog shit luck'. 

I'm quite certain that I have witnessed such lucky fate on myself but I did get dog shit on the way to university the other day. It was quite invisible among the fallen leaves.

Luckily it had rained so I got some chances to wash my shoe in the puddles on the way - maybe that was the luck?

This is not an uncommon scene, in my observation. Dogs are lovely and most are friendly, but when they shit and their owners choose to ignore, oh, what a shit!
