Out of the frying pan .......

...... and on to my plate.  I think it is at least 30 years since I have enjoyed fried potatoes.  My mum used to make them when we were young ... I am no longer young but on a dull, wet day I just fancied getting the frying pan out.  Not quite the right type of potato but they did taste good.
