Faster than a Flying Taxi

This wall art celebrates the annual Glasgow Taxi outing by our city’s black cab drivers. They have taken it upon themselves each year to drive more than 300 children with special educational needs to the seaside for the day.

This year marked the 70th annual kids' trip to Troon, with more than 100 city taxi drivers giving up their day to drive the children and their carers or parents to a day of sea, sand and hopefully sun on the Ayrshire coast.

Thought this was appropriate as today is the annual fundraiser for Children in Need.
