This was the view from the Excel arena at about 8:20am this morning. It was a lovely start to the day. I had wanted to ride in one of the cable cars, but difficulty in accessing the area from the hotel meant I gave up. Essentially, this is on one side of the railway, the hotel on the other - and there were very few places to cut across. 

The conference was good - lots going on, and some good talks. There was also a Dr Who event, so some interesting characters walking around!
