Ness not Nith!

The River Ness, with Inverness Castle on the far side. Up early this morning to get on with our review so can get on the road home early afternoon. Inverness is a lovely city and the River Ness runs right through the middle. I also had a potter about the St Andrew's Cathedral this morning before heading off. Our hotel didn't have a carpark, so had to park beside the Cathedral. Not too far, but still a bit of a nusiance. Anyway I popped inside for a sneaky peak... it's very pretty. Bit alarmed by the signs saying that there was CCTV around the place because of so many thefts... seems a real shame that it's come to that.

Good review today, and on the road back to Glasgow by 1430... Dinner at the hotel with J tonight, the two of us are so ready to get home, it's all very well being away from home, folk do think it's great when I talk to them about it... but there comes a time when all the hotels look the same and all you want is to get home. Ah well roll on tomorrow when can get home and sleep in our own bed :)
