The ugliest building in Kotka

I blipped Kotka's oldest building in March and now it's time to blip the ugliest one. This is city hall and I think it's just really ugly.. It was built in 1934. It looks a bit better during Christmas time when they put Christmas lights in every window but.. shit is still shit even if it has a flower in it.
