a feeling for a while that my bathroom scales were not accurate. So, today, after my gym session I called in at the chemist and paid 1 euro to be weighed, on accurate scales, also have my BP taken.

I was pleasantly surprised with the reading, BP is good, BMI is good, weight is good.  My bathroom scales weigh me 2 kilos heavier, which I knew I wasn't.

Not bad for a 65 year old.
