The window seat

The weather is awful in Edinburgh at the moment but we are fortunate to have so many free attractions to visit when it's cold and wet. The National Portrait Gallery is one them and  so we had a trip to look at the new Jacobite exhibition featuring some wonderful works by Calum Colvin and then after a coffee and a cake, a trip to get a better view of the BP National Portrait Prize exhibition. If you are in the city, you should definitely have a trip to the Portrait Gallery.

Whilst wandering around, I was caught by these chairs which are on the landings of each of the stairs and it gives me another option for this week's Blip Challenge theme of Inside/Outside.
