Wet walk, November

Despite the brand spanking new super clay courts at the tennis club, it was just too wet to play. So, geared up for exercise, I headed off on a long wet-weather walk with my Canon G16. Blue skies and autumn colours make for lovely shots, not so leaden skies and drizzle which make for a great challenge to get some good photos. Sure enough, the ground water and the droplets hanging from the red and blue berries provided some great close-ups but passing this group of horses standing on the brow of the hill proved to be the shot of the morning. They were very curious as to my presence, perhaps with a god bucket of feed, but soon realised I had no solution to their situation so slowly separated to graze.
